MotoSet Policy

Purpose:

MotoSet aims to provide an enriching and safe experience for motorbike riders, combining the basics of dirt bike riding with personal growth philosophies and mindset development. Our goal is to help participants ignite their journey and transform adversity into inspirational triumphs through motorbiking.


Qualifications:

Instructor: 

Jesse holds a Cert 4 in Community Services, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and has over 20 years of experience in dirt bike riding.


Tour Details:

Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Duration: 1-day tour (6 hours)

Included:

  - Snacks and lunch

  - Mindset work sessions

  - Basics of dirt bike riding

Tour Itinerary:

Morning:

  - Meet and greet

  - Introduction to dirt biking and safety briefing

  - Basic dirt bike riding skills

Midday:

  - Snack break

  - Mindset and personal growth session

Afternoon:

  - Advanced riding with mindset techniques

  - Lunch break

  - Continued riding practice and application of mindset principles

  - Closing session and Q&A


Safety and Legal Requirements:

Safety Gear: All participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, gloves, boots, and protective clothing.

Medical Requirements: Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Skill Level: All skill levels apart from those holding a current Leaner Licence.


Waiver and Liability Release:

All participants must sign a waiver and liability release form before participating in the tour. This form will include:

Assumption of Risk:

Acknowledgement of the inherent risks associated with dirt bike riding.

 

Release of Liability:

Agreement to release MotoSet and its instructors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.

 

Medical Consent:

Permission for the instructors to administer first aid or seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

 

Photography Release:

Consent to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.


Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Booking: Participants must book in advance through the MotoSet website.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour will receive a full refund. Refunds may be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.


Emergency Procedures:

First Aid:

Instructors are trained in first aid and CPR and will have a first aid kit on hand.

 

Emergency Contacts:

Participants must provide emergency contact information.

 

Incident Reporting:

Any incidents or injuries must be reported to the instructors immediately.


Code of Conduct:

Respect:

Participants are expected to treat each other, the instructors, and the environment with respect.

 

Alcohol and Drugs:

No alcohol or drugs are allowed during the tour.

 

Compliance:

Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors.
