If you happen to order the wrong size, don't panic! Morton Custom Motors Apparel offers size exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for our Jeans and 7 days with our ESD helmets. To begin this process, please email customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au and our support team will assist you. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged. All exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service as Morton Custom Motors Apparel will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages. Morton Custom Motors Apparel does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.  

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Morton Custom Motors Apparel will evaluate the issue and look to rectify. Please contact us at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au and our friendly team will assist you. 

6 month Year Warranty

Morton Custom Motors Apparel products that are purchased directly from our store come with a 6 month manufacturers repair warranty. The warranty covers the repair of the product should its integrity become compromised. Please contact us at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au with your receipt or order number along with any relevant images. We will inspect the item and contact you with the rectification steps.

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, our program may not meet everyone's expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return/money-back policy to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Policy Details:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return or refund, you must have purchased the workshop directly through the MotoSet website or an authorised MotoSet representative.
    • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at jesse@motoset.com.au with your purchase details, including your order number and the email address used during registration.
    • Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to understand your feedback and the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  3. Refund Conditions:

    • Refunds will be issued only if you have completed less than 30% of the workshop content. If you have accessed and completed more than 30% of the course materials, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Any materials or merchandise received as part of the workshop package (e.g., personalised notebooks, merchandise) are non-refundable and should be retained by the participant.
    • Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases.
  5. Additional Information:

    • If you have received a free online course as part of a booking or purchase, access to this course will be revoked upon processing your refund.
    • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the policy is being abused or misused.
